​Stephen Komlosy is a member of MENSA, and an Ambassador For Peace (Universal Peace Federation). He is co-founder/former Chairman and CEO of TomCo Energy PLC, which he floated on AIM in 2011. He has over 50 years’ experience in business as a proprietor and has been a director and founder of a number of Public Companies operating in the UK and the US, including AIM listed PSG Solutions Plc now Security Research Group Plc. Stephen was instrumental in the flotation of PremiSys Plc, the Laurie March Group Ltd and Avatar Systems Inc, which provides IT to oil companies and floated on NASDAQ, USA. During his career Stephen has been a director of a number of other publicly quoted companies, including co-founder of Laurence Parnes Organisation Ltd (LPO), Pavilion Leisure Plc and co-founder of Branon Plc, a supplier to North Sea Oil Companies and the Ministry of Defense and where he was the director in charge of the launch of Cavendish Petroleum Inc, an Ohio, US gas producer. Additionally, since 1964, Stephen has built up three private property companies, two of which have been amalgamated with public companies. He was Founder Member of the Patron’s (HRH Prince Michael of Kent) Enterprise Club for GENESIS INITIATIVEStephen also owned UK theatres through LPO with four of them in London and has sponsored and helped financed the building of five healthcare clinics and a school in three African countries, Nigeria, Cameroon and Lesotho through Support For Africa. He was presented with the Star Foundation Award for services to the community and was recently awarded "Senior Fellow and Fellow of The Entrepreneurial Circle of the Order of Saint Hadrian of Canterbury". He is married with six children, nine grand-children and one great grand child.

​​​Patti Boulaye (BIPADA Founder) has over 30 years experience as a public figure internationally and as a certified Etiquette Professional with personal detailed experience of international Royal and High level Protocol. A recognized international Public Speaker, she has spoken in both Houses of Parliament. She recently received the "British Community Honours Award" and was made the "Senior Fellow of the Order of Saint Hadrian of Canterbury" and received "Freedom of The City of London" in 2014. She was a Founder Member of the Patron’s (HRH Prince Michael of Kent) Enterprise Club for GENESIS INITIATIVE the facilitator organisation for the All Party Parliamentary Group for the promotion of Small & Medium Business, Promotion of Enterprise. Patti was on the Creative Committee of Her Majesty The Queen’s Golden Jubilee Celebrations in 2002 at Buckingham Palace. She was also a Patron of Women into Business. She is an "Ambassador for Peace" for the Universal Peace Federation (UPF), Patron of the Eastside Educational Trust; Women's Federation for World Peace (WFWP), and a Governor of British American Drama Academy (BADA) affiliated with Oxford and Yale Universities. Her detailed International Protocol experiences include working in Japan, Jordan as guest of HRH Prince Hassan, Spain, Germany, USA, Nigeria, and France. Patti organised and Produced high level Shows and concerts in London’s Royal Albert Hall overseeing Logistics and People management. She was a Fellow of the Royal Society of Art – for the promotion of Art and General Human Skills; President/founder of her own charity, Support for Africa – building a school with HRH Prince Harry's charity & Five Health Care Clinics in Africa. Sam M. Ikoku is a 1979 Civil Engineering graduate of the University of Lagos and 1981 graduate of Business Administration from the University of North London. His continuing education has included the Haggai Institute, Oxford Advanced Management Programme, and the Aspen Institute. With over 30 years of experience in the corporate world in Nigeria, he is the Chief Executive of PAYSTAR Limited, a transaction oriented Financial Services Marketing company. As a Motivational Speaker his work with organizations and audiences of all sizes covers Personal Development, Motivation, Sales, Flawless Execution, Operational Excellence, Effective Time Management, Building High-Impact Teams, and Empowered Leadership. Dr Margaret Ebigwei-Ibru B.Sc (Hons) M.Sc M.Phil

Dr Margaret Ebigwei-Ibru studied at Federal School of Science Onikan Lagos, and thereafter graduated from University of Ife, Ibadan Branch after which she attended Universite De La Sorbonne Paris, Universite Renes Descartes De Paris, Universite De Paris-SUD Centre D’Etudes Phermaceutiqus De Chatenay Malabry France. Within seven years, Margaret had acquired B.Sc Pharmacy (Hons), a Diploma in French Language, M.Sc Pharmadynamics & Biological Essay of Drugs and Medicaments, M. Phil. Pharmacodynamics, a Doctorate degree in Pharmacokinetic (Cerebral Ischemia), she is a Laureat De La Faculte Des Sciences Pharmaceutiques et Biologiques, M.Sc in Dermo-Pharmacy, at  Centre D’Etude Pharmaceutique Chatenay Malabry, France. An entrepreneur par excellence, a woman of honour, a former non executive director of Nigeria Bank of Commerce and Industry. She is a member of the board of trustees of the prestigious Association of Private Educators of Nigeria. She founded S.T.&T. Regency International Schools that accommodate children from 3 months to 18 years.  She is the originator of both Issyma Pharmacy and Issyma Children Foundation which has educated hundreds of children and young people on scholarship, which she personally sponsors. Dr Doirean Wilson
(Senior Lecturer at Middlesex University)

Doirean is a qualified educator and HR Senior Lecturer employed in the department of `Leadership, Work and Organisations (LWO), at Middlesex University Business School London. She has a Doctorate in Professional Practice (D.Prof), a master’s degree in HRM (MA HRM), a postgraduate certificate in Management Studies (CMS), and a post cetificate in Further Education (Cert Ed FE). She is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (FCIPD) and Fellow of the European SPES Institute. She led a masters degree workbased learning HRM programme and several other management development programmes for managers and professional practitioners employed across different service departments at LB of Islington council and in the `Children and Young Peoples` department at LB Borough of Barnet council. Doirean has successfully secured ESF and SME funding and is reputed to be the first BME woman in the UK to lead the university’s Executive MBA programme. She runs successful business consulting modules in the UK, Hong Kong and Dubai and a popular Equality Diversity & Inclusion module. Doirean is diversity advisor to Winmark's HR Directors Network. Winmark is an exclusive invitation only Network of corporate leaders of blue chip companies such as PwC, E&Y, Rolls Royce, Bank of England, BBC and Cable & Wireless. She has published works in her research areas of expertise, such as cultural diversity, cross-cultural teams, gender disparity and leadership and management. They deal with over 500 different wines and spirits, Aret is well equipped to choose the perfect wine for any occasion. She was co-producer of Sun Dance The Show. Aret is an accomplished high profile event organisers and was a Miss World contestant, she has helped produce shows at the Royal Albert Hall, The Hackney Empire and other London venues. She organised gospel choirs for Her Majesty the Queen’s Golden Jubilee. She is an active supporter of UK and African charities.
